The principles that guide these disciplines mirror one another - living into the principles becomes our work together. Their intent is to bring about peaceful living, kindness towards self and others, calm in one’s mind and in one’s life. The principles call out to compassionate living.
Our work together will be steeped in honoring the body, mind and spirit. These forms of healing carry the tenants that we work as a whole, we are profoundly connected to Earth and we are intertwined with Spirit. Being a practitioner versed in these ways of working, melding them together in a way that is seamless, has the potential to bring forth immense healing, deep knowing, meaning and resiliency.
As a means to heal, create deep connections and meaning and live the life you want ~ reiki, art , mindfulness and compassion through therapeutic guidance and nurturance by ways of preparation and integration practices can help. This can be done by engaging in on-going work (in-person, distance or virtual) as you prepare and integrate making meaning.
